On the morning of February 8, 2023, Zhang Tianqi, member of the Party Leadership Group, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese, Cui Lei, Director of the Economic Liaison Department of the Municipal Federation of Overseas Chinese, and a delegation visited the Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital.
